So that medications don't end up in the wrong hands, the recipient needs to sign for the package.
We are currently shipping all orders via EMS Speed Post, free of charge, in order to shorten delivery times as much as possible. Note that there are restrictions on certain products and certain countries that cannot be shipped via EMS and will be shipped by Registered Air Mail (See below for country restrictions).

Can I track my order?
Tracking is available when you choose the EMS Speed Post option. We'll keep you updated via email through the process of completing your order and we'll send you a tracking number so you can track its progress to your door. You can look up your tracking number at any time by logging in to your profile and viewing your order history.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Medication imported for personal use is typically not delayed by customs or charged with duty or tax.

The medications we offer are produced by well-known internationally recognized manufacturers such as Cipla, Sun Pharma and Dr. Reddy's and are shipped by our licensed partners in India and Singapore.

What if I don't receive my order?
If your package is sent via FREE Registered Air Mail, delivery takes between 10-25 business days. With the EMS Speed Post option, delivery usually takes between 10-15 business days.
In case the order is not received within the delivery time stated, please contact customer support to inform us of the issue. We will investigate the matter with the postal services.
